Our Client wanted to add 1 generous sized bedroom and a bathroom to their terraced property in Wimbledon
Our team had the opportunity to work on this fantastic Terraced house on the popular Dundonald road in Wimbledon, SW19. Our client wanted to add further 2 bedrooms for their growing family. We suggested an L-shaped dormer rather than a standard rear dormer would be perfect for the type of roof the loft has.
Client's Problem
With a growing family and two young children, our client's property was very limited in space in their traditionally proportioned Terraced house. They really needed to extend and it could only be done upwards due to a lack of space to the rear. They wanted a loft conversion with as much storage space as possible.
Solution
Our team cleverly converted the loft area to create two decent-sized bedrooms for the family, along with a generous en suite. Important storage areas were created in the eaves for extra storage.
