Our Client wanted to add one large bedroom for their kids to their period property in Ealing
Our team completed this tastefully designed rear dormer for a lovely in Ealing, W3. The client wanted to add a large bedroom for their two kids and a bathroom. The loft was not fully utilised as it can still be further extended. The height in the loft was great to achieve this conversion without having to create a large dormer.
We were able to construct this dormer under permitted development. The project was to construct a dormer on the mainframe of the house.
