Our Client wanted to add one large bedroom for their kids to their Semi-detached Property in Bexleyheath
Problem
With a growing family and two young kids, Aaron and Samantha were very tied up on space in their traditional semi-detached house in Bexleyheath. They wanted more space, an extra bedroom, and a bathroom. They also wanted to add a lot of storage space for the kids.
Solution
They went for a hip-to-gable loft conversion and added a master bedroom with built-in wardrobes, along with a generous-sized en suite shower room. We added storage in the eaves for them.
The Results
The clever design of the stairs meant the client was able to retain the exact space in their box room whilst gaining a brand new master bedroom and an en suite on the second floor. All in all, the family got the vital space they needed as their family grows. We started the loft after their neighbors and completed it way before them.
