Problem
Phil and Shelly came to us looking for a solution with the limited space they had. With the family growing further they needed to get an extra bedroom and a bathroom.
Solution
We advised them to opt for an L-shaped Dormer Conversion as the property's footprint was large enough to get this sort of conversion done. In addition, the L shape created a large master bedroom with an en suite, along with a balcony that the clients really liked.
The Result
This conversion has given the family the much-needed extra space without the stress of moving home. The client has tastefully decorated the loft to a very high standard.
