Our Client wanted to add 1 large room and a storage room to their Edwardian Semi-detached property in Wanstead
We worked on this beautiful appointed Edwardian semi-detached property in Wanstead. Our client approached us for a site visit and explained to us what they wanted. Their vision was to create space and a Luxury loft conversion for their property. Our surveyors suggested opting for an L-shaped dormer conversion that will fit their roof style and give them the space they are looking for.
Our client opted for the unconventional large windows as they wanted maximum light in their bedroom and bathroom. We also fitted the wardrobes for them in a walking wardrobe space that our architect expertly designed. Our client opted for subtle color tones throughout the bedroom. All in all, the space is modern, sleek, and fresh, yet it still looks like a cozy bedroom.
Normally other customers add a 2nd bedroom in the outer dormer but our clients did not want to do that as their objective was to have their own living space full of luxury rather than cramping another room in place of a bathroom.
