Our team had the opportunity to work on this fantastic Detached house in High Wycombe, HP13 Our client wanted to add a further 1 bedroom with an en suite for their growing family. We suggested a rear dormer as that suited their budget and roof style too.

Client's Problem

With a growing family and three young children, our client wanted to create a new bedroom for themselves in the Loft. They wanted an en-suite as the family needed another bathroom to cater to all of them. They wanted a loft conversion with as much storage space as possible. They designed the loft in such a way they can get a lot of cupboards built in the loft area. 

Solution

Our team converted the loft area to create a large bedroom for the couple, along with a generous en suite. Important storage areas were created in the eaves for extra storage.
