Our team had the opportunity to work on this fantastic Semi-detached house on the popular Elm Walk in Wimbledon, SW20. Our client wanted to add a further 1 bedroom with an en suite for their growing family. We suggested a rear dormer just like their neighbor's as that suited their budget and roof style too.

Client's Problem

With a growing family and two young children, our client's property was very limited in space in their traditionally proportioned semi-detached house. They really needed to extend and create a new bedroom for themselves. They always wanted an en suite and by converting their loft they were able to get this done.  They wanted a loft conversion with as much storage space as possible.

Solution

Our team converted the loft area to create a large bedroom for the couple, along with a generous en suite. Important storage areas were created in the eaves for extra storage.
