Our Client wanted to add 1 large room and a small hobby room to their Semi-detached Property in Cheam
Our team had the opportunity to work on this fantastic Semi-detached house in Cheam, Sutton, SM3. Our client wanted to add a further 1 bedroom with an en suite for their growing family. We suggested a rear dormer as that suited their budget and roof style too. The client's property was very tastefully decorated so we wanted to match the same decor in the loft.
Client's Problem
With a growing family and three young children, our client wanted to create a new bedroom for themselves in the Loft. They wanted an en-suite as the family needed another bathroom to cater to all of them. They wanted a loft conversion with as much storage space as possible. They designed the loft in such a way they can get a lot of cupboards built in the loft area.
Solution
Our team converted the loft area to create a large bedroom for the couple, along with a generous en suite. Important storage areas were created in the eaves for extra storage.
