Our Client wanted to add 2 generous sized bedrooms and a bathroom to their Semi-detached property in Putney
Our team had the opportunity to work on this fantastic Semi-detached house on the popular Cumbermartin Road in Putney, SW18. Our client wanted to add a further 2 bedrooms with an en suite for their growing family. We suggested a rear dormer just like their neighbor's as that suited their budget and roof style too. In addition, we advised installing a Velux window and converting their side roof ridge too, by doing this, an additional bedroom was added and all the loft space was perfectly utilised.
Client's Problem
With a growing family and three young children, our client's property was very limited in space in their traditionally proportioned semi-detached house in Putney. They really needed to extend and create two new bedrooms, one for themselves and one for their toddler. They always wanted an en suite and by converting their loft they were able to get this done. They wanted a loft conversion with as much storage space as possible for their kids.
Solution
Our team converted the loft area to create two bedrooms for the family, along with a generous en suite. Important storage areas were created in the eaves for extra storage.
