Our Client wanted to add 1 large room and an en suite to their detached property in Bexleyheath
Our team had the opportunity to work on this fantastic Detached property in Bletchley, Bexley, MK3. Our client wanted to add a further 1 bedroom with an en suite for their growing family. We suggested a rear dormer as that suited their budget and roof style too. Being in a conservation area, they were not allowed to build a larger dormer so our architectural team applied for 3 small dormers which were approved by the local council.
Client's Problem
With a growing family and three young children, our client wanted to create a new bedroom for themselves in the Loft. They wanted an en-suite as the family needed another bathroom to cater to all of them. They wanted a loft conversion with as much storage space as possible. They designed the loft in such a way they can get a lot of cupboards built in the loft area.
Solution
Our team converted the loft area to create a large bedroom for the couple, along with a generous en suite. Important storage areas were created in the eaves for extra storage.
