Our Client wanted to add 1 large room and a storage room to their Detached House in Bexleyheath
Our team had the opportunity to work on this fantastic detached house in the popular Grave Hill Close. Our client wanted to add a bedroom with an en suite for their growing family. They did not want to alter the roof and upon inspection, we thought they had a fantastic height for an internal loft conversion. In addition, the client wanted to bring in a lot of natural lighting so they opted for several Velux windows both in the bedroom and the bathroom. We matched the existing staircase with a newly constructed staircase.
Client's Problem
With a growing family and two young children, our client's property was in need of an additional room to accommodate them comfortably. They always wanted an en suite and by converting their loft they were able to get this done within their budget. They wanted a loft conversion with as much storage space as possible for their kids too.
Solution
Our team converted the loft area to create one decent-sized bedroom for the family, along with a generous en suite. Important storage areas were created in the eaves for extra storage.
