Our Client wanted to utilise their Loft Space by adding a functional living room with a bathroom

We completed this Loft Conversion in a beautiful detached home in the award-winning Brockley Park estate. Much of Stanmore finds itself in the conservation belt which means Dormers are not under permitted development. Our client approached us for guidance on how to make use of the unutilized loft space. Our architects advised them on creating a cinema/gym room to make use of the fantastic head height they already have in there.  We wanted to give them versatility on how to use their additional space. They were not after rooms so the best way was to add a recreational living space that will add value too. 

The build was particularly quick as most of the work was internal which meant we did not require any scaffolding or permits in this regard. Our team was able to complete all internal work within a month and with finishing and bathroom work it took us around 6-8 weeks to get this handed over to the client. 

Our clients were very happy with the final finishing and in fact recommended us to many friends who want to do the same to their existing loft spaces.
